SalonVision has been updated to give you more options to style your websites.
  • Two new template color schemes
  • Custom header images now upload at a much higher quality
  • Over 100 background textures to choose from
  • New selectable header images
  • You can also now add the Facebook App to a business account. Instructions appear in the SalonVision admin panel.
  • All dropdown selections are now compatible with Android and Apple iOS devices.

Rebecca Goldsmith promoted to Senior Level Technician

Rebecca Goldsmith, one of our favorite customer care technicians, has been promoted to Tier 2 / Senior Technician. Always going above and beyond her expected duties, she has helped many of our clients with their software questions, in addition to training new technicians.

As a Senior Technician, Rebecca will continue to have new techs shadow her while she assists our customers and she will support our customers with advanced technical questions. She has an extensive knowledge of Envision software and has already proven to be a great addition to our Tier 2 team.

Rebecca says she appreciates the opportunity to grow within the company and looks forward to being an asset to our Tier 2 team.
Kevin Knudson Promoted to Technical Support Team Manager

Ennoview, Inc. recently promoted Kevin Knudson to Technical Support Team Manager. Knudson began his career at Ennoview as a customer care technician and quickly demonstrated strong customer service skills and leadership ability. His experience in training and organizing teams will be a valuable asset to the company.

Knudson has eagerly accepted the position and has started planning for his team. He will restructure the customer care and technical support department to provided better overall support as well as improve resources for Envision clients. "We are looking into an Online Knowledge Base System so our customers can find answers to their questions online, at any time. We are also finding new ways for customers to present feedback and suggestions, giving us greater opportunities to meet the needs of our customers," says Knudson.
