Envision Salon and Spa Management Software Programs include a 30 day money back guarantee for our Standard and Pro Editions. If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you notify us by phone or email within 30 days of purchase.
The 30-day guarantee does not include or apply to all other products including, but not limited to: Solo Edition, shipping fees, workstation licenses, additional software modules, hardware purchases, training, online websites, online backup, service contracts, SMS fees, and data conversion services. The sale of these products and services are final and non refundable. Hardware products are warrantied through the manufacturer.
Hardware Support
We guarantee our software to be compatible with any and all hardware that we sell. Hardware purchases are NOT refundable and are warranted
through the manufacturer. Please contact the hardware manufacturer if you have any challenges with their products.

You will never be penalized for growing your business. With Envision's trade up program, 100% of the amount paid by the client for all previous
purchases of Envision Salon and Spa Software (Solo, Standard, or Pro) will be applied toward the current purchase price of a more advanced version of
Envision (Standard or Pro).
The amount applied does not include workstation licenses, modules or major version upgrades. There is no limitation to the length of time from the original purchase.
