Welcome to our FAQ's section, where we have tried to cover as many of the questions that we get on a day to day basis as possible. If what you are looking for is not in this section we would advise that you go to our knowledge base section in which you should find your answer. “I have a real problem at the moment with so many of our clients not showing up for appointments, can your software help?”
Answer: Say goodbye to no-shows! Envision makes these a thing of the past. We can either email, page or SMS message clients to remind them of their appointments, and we also have a really neat little option to add their next appointment details on their till receipt.
“We have 12 treatment rooms and 16 therapists and continually have problems with double booking my rooms, we also sometimes end up with treatments booked for therapists who are not trained to do them, can we prevent this?”
Answer: Our software is able to check room availability, check that the therapist is qualified to do the treatment and additionally if you have a piece of equipment that 'floats' between treatment room, we can make sure that is not double booked also.
“We have real problems tracking our gift vouchers can you help?”
Answer: Gift vouchers are effortlessly tracked. If a client wants to use a smaller amount than the total value of the voucher, we can keep a track on multiple purchases.
“I have 3 salons that I would like to keep a track of from a centralised location can I do this with your software?”
Answer: You sure can, you have 2 real options, firstly, if you just want to link into the salons individually, we have our back office solution. Another option would be to link salons with our Professional software which allows you to run appointments, staff and stock from a centralized home office location.
“Can I keep a record of customer photo's on the software?”
Answer: You can keep unlimited photo's on your system (or until your hard disk gets full!) we also allow you to zoom in, and compare images against one another, so if you want to look at image 1 and image 30 in a course of treatments, you can do this easily.
“Will Envision calculate my staff commissions?”
Answer: From Envision Pro and upwards will allow you to customise and calculate very comprehensive commission plans for your members of staff, makes life a lot easier at month end!
“Does Envision have good reporting? I need answers and usually need them fast!”
Answer: Envision has the most comprehensive reporting section in the industry, we have a 150 standard reports that can give you just about all the information you could ever need, if we don't have it, we can custom write it for you.
