Warranty Terms & Conditions:
Envision Small Business Edition comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.
Envision Standard, Envision Pro, Envision MedSpa and Envision Hospitality software programs all come with a 30 day money back guarantee.
If a service contract is purchased at the time of sale, your warranty will be extended to 12 months.
Envision Solo, Additional Modules, Training, Service Contracts, Workstation Licenses and hardware purchases are non refundable.
Upgrades to your original Envision license purchased after the initial sale are not refundable. Hardware warranties vary and are provided by the specific manufacturers.
