Envision.Net Online Booking Version 3.0 with Complete iPhone Support


The Envision.Net Online Booking system is designed to make life easier on your customers and staff.

When a customer logs in to the website from any web browser or iPhone, they can book appointments that immediately appear in Envision's calendar. They can also view their upcoming appointments, view products and services offered, and optionally purchase gift certificates. Customers can choose specific appointments to confirm or cancel, saving your front desk staff time when performing appointment confirmations.

Employees can view their work schedule and upcoming appointments, and administrators can view the daily sales and appointment information in real-time from anywhere in the world that has an internet connection.

Every color on the website can be modified to match the style of your business, or to match your existing website's colors if used only as an online booking portal.

General Changes

Clients

  • Clients can purchase gift certificates and print a certificate.
  • Clients can view a listing of their purchased gift certificates, and print a certificate.

  • Clients can view their loyalty program and point balance.
  • Clients can confirm their appointments.
  • Clients can optionally view an employee listing with picture and bio.
  • Cutting down on duplicate clients: If a customer is registering a new account, and the email they use is attached to a customer in Envision, it will notify them to use the password reminder link. If they are not enabled for online booking, and do not have a password set, it will generate the user a password and enable them for online booking.
  • An appointment booking “lead time” can be assigned through the admin panel. Clients will not be shown available appointments before the lead time.
  • Clients will not be shown appointments to book prior to the current date/time.
  • A listing of the clients next 5 future appointments will appear when they login.

Employees

  • Added new employee type which can view current information for today’s sales, today’s appointments.
  • Added report: Employee sales by inventory type
  • Added report: Appointments booked online
  • There are now three employee types that can login to the website:

  1. Standard: Has access to view appointments and schedule.
  2. Manager: Has additional access to view daily sales information and reports.
  3. Admin: Has additional access to modify the website settings.

Admin

  • Allow the site admin to change the screen text for all of the major screens through the admin panel.

Vendors

  • Vendors can now login to view a report of current stock, or sales of the products assigned to them.
